Miley Cyrus has announced that she lost her Walmart clothing line because of her weed habit. The singer of the popular song “Wrecking Ball” and the cute girl from Hannah Montana, Miley Cyrus does not keep her fondness for cannabis in secret. The evidence to that are the singer’s joint-smoking selfies posted on Instagram and her wearing a onesie with a cannabis leaf pattern right on stage!
The star shared with Variety that she had a clothing line at Walmart, but when they found out about her obsession with marijuana, the star was given a choice—weed or Walmart. And as you can see, Miley did make a choice—she chose marijuana. She did not explain her decision, but she probably just did not want to play by somebody else's rules.
During the interview with Variety, Miley Cyrus also discussed her LGBTQ activism. The singer runs a non-profit organization, Happy Hippie, that has a particular aim—to reduce homelessness among young people, particularly among LGBTQ teenagers.
The world-known pop star says that her empowerment is based on the purpose she has finally found. Miley explains that she does not want her tombstone to read “Wrecking Ball” lyrics or other things she has gained her popularity for. She wants her life to have something more to it. Miley is very proud that she is the only person from Disney movies who had said she supported lesbians and gays before it was OK to say it.
When the singer was asked whether she had had troubles with Disney because of her LGBT activism, she replied that she did not as many of the Disney people were also gay, so they were happy that someone was on their side.
During the interview, Miley Cyrus also talked about the meaning of being pansexual and shared her opinion about the sex abuse allegations that were aimed at Woody Allen, her recent director in Crisis In Six Scenes. Miley Cyrus also opened up about understanding her own pansexual identity and becoming a member of the LGBTQ community. Her whole life, the pop star did not know her own gender, but now she is absolutely sure both in her gender and sexuality.
